Warranty Certificate – Smart Fit Ltd. / Gym Monster 2
This document constitutes a warranty certificate for products of Smart Fit Ltd., Company No. 516978632 (hereinafter: "the Company"), in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection (Warranty and After-Sales Service) Regulations, 5766-2006, as updated in 2024. The Company undertakes to provide a warranty for its products in accordance with the terms detailed below.

Warranty Period
The warranty for the main device is valid for 24 months from the date of receipt of the product by the customer.
The warranty for accessories (cables, handles, straps, pulleys, connectors, etc.) is valid for 12 months.
Service Stations
The warranty is provided through the Company's authorized service stations.
Details of the stations will be updated in accordance with the Company's updated service policy.
Scope of Warranty
The warranty includes the repair of malfunctions or replacement of parts, free of charge to the consumer, provided that the request was made within the warranty period and in accordance with the provisions of this document.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty will not apply in the following cases, in accordance with the regulations:
– Damage caused by force majeure (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.).
– Damage caused by negligent use or contrary to the instructions for use provided with the product.
– Damage caused by repair or modification performed by a party not authorized by the Company.
– Damage caused by the use of non-original or non-approved accessories by the Company.
The Company may charge a fee for repair, transportation, or replacement if it is proven that the malfunction is due to one of the aforementioned cases.
After-Warranty Service
After the warranty period expires, repair and maintenance services can be obtained for a fee according to the Company's rates, or in accordance with a separate service agreement if signed.
Activating the Warranty
The warranty becomes effective upon receipt of the device by the customer and is provided with the purchase invoice.

Company Statement
The Company undertakes to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding warranty and after-sales service. No condition in this certificate derogates from the consumer's rights by law.
