1.          Smart Fit Ltd., Company No. 516978632  (hereinafter: the "Company") uses cookies and other technologies such as pixels and more (hereinafter collectively: "Cookies") through which the Company collects non-identifiable information in connection with users of its website at: : www.speedianceisrael.co.il (hereinafter: the "Website"). Without derogating from the above, if a user chooses to provide identifiable information on the Website, as detailed in the Privacy Policy at: appearing at the beginning of this page, this information will be linked to the non-identifiable information collected on the Website.

9.          Jurisdiction for any dispute and/or claim that may arise in connection with this policy is exclusively vested in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

The most current Cookies policy published on the Website will be binding on the user. The user's continued use of the Website after the update of the Cookies policy will constitute the user's consent to the updated policy, including the changes.
