Shipping Methods and Shipping Fees:
- Home Delivery – Shipments are carried out by a courier company.
● Shipping cost of 650 NIS per order for "regular" areas
● An additional payment of 1250/1500 NIS for delivery to "remote areas" as detailed below:
Dead Sea – an additional 1,250 NIS
Eilat – an additional 1,500 NIS
● Payment for accessories: Shipping cost 300 NIS for regular areas.
Payment for shipping services will be made directly by the customers at their homes, to the distribution company, at the time of delivery. The company will not be a party to the payment.
Delivery Times:
● We will make every effort to ensure that every order placed for home delivery is delivered within 10 business days from the date of order confirmation by the company and receipt of the shipping number.
● Notwithstanding the above, there may be areas or localities to which delivery cannot be made or where delivery may be delayed, inter alia, due to geographical distance, security situation, etc.
General Instructions:
● Holiday eves, intermediate holiday days, and public holidays will not be considered business days.
● Delivery times are subject to the shipping policy of the distribution company, which is an external supplier of the company and is responsible for its own policies.
● The delivery times stated in this policy refer to routine situations. Delays in delivery times may occur due to security situations, lockdowns, epidemics, or as a result of events beyond the control of the company and/or the distribution company.
